LIFEJACKETS: International Safety Products (IPS) will launch its next generation Super-Comfort inflatable lifejackets at METSTRADE 2015.

The Super-Comfort lifejacket range comes in three different models with buoyancy from 170 to 320 newtons.

Garry North, managing director of ISP, said: “The lifejacket feels as if it’s sculpted to the body giving the wearer complete freedom of movement.

”“The pinnacle piece in the range is the SC-320 lifejacket which incorporates a zip-front waistcoat design, making it incredibly quick and easy to don whilst twin pull-forward adjusters allow for fast and efficient adjustment resulting in a sculpted close-fit,” he added.

IPS is recognised as a UK centre of excellence for lifejacket design, manufacture and technology. The new lifejackets are set to break into new ground in the leisure marine market.

“Further design features include twin high strength soft-loop harness loops allowing the wearer easy intuitive fast attachment to the boat,” said Mr North.

He added: “New welded and sewn clear inspection windows allow the wearer to quickly check the operating heads readiness. In addition, AIS integration using Ocean Signal’s MOB1 unit will automatically alert all AIS enabled chart plotters in a 5 mile radius of an MOB once the lifejacket is inflated.

« ISP will be displaying more than 30 models of leisure lifejackets during the METSTRADE show at stand 03.304.

Covering ocean racing, offshore sailing, cruising, coastal powerboating, inshore waters, fishing, stand-up paddling and canoeing.

METSTRADE will run from 17 November to 19 November in Amsterdam and is expected to attract more than 20,000 visitors.
